CQC Report

What the Regulator Said

The regulator said the service was not consistently well-led because:

We found the rating from the CQC inspection carried out in August 2016 was not displayed on the registered provider's website.
This was a breach of Regulation 20A as the registered provider had not displayed their performance assessment in accordance with the requirements of the Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) Regulations 2014: Regulation 20A (Requirement as to display of performance assessments.)

The registered provider had not displayed their performance assessment at the registered location, or on their website, therefore the service cannot be treated as well led

What we did

We took swift action and displayed our rating of OVERALL GOOD in the main entrance to our offices before the inspection was concluded. This means we are now compliant with regulation 20A part 3

At the time of our inspection we had a link on our web site to our last inspection, along with the CQC logo and the following statement;  “read our latest report here”.
Because we had not displayed our overall rating of GOOD, we were not compliant with regulation 20A part 2.
We have now displayed our overall rating on our web site and are compliant with Regulation 20A part 2. (see below)
