All About You Care Services is one of Lancashire’s premier domiciliary care providers supporting older people throughout Fylde, Wyre, Lancaster and Morecambe to live independently at home. We are a framework provider to Lancashire County Council and pride ourselves in the quality of our care. Our care teams are empathetic, knowledgeable and trained to deliver quality services.

Due to our recent success in securing three long term contracts with Lancashire County Council our services are expanding to support more elderly people in the county. As a result of this success, we have created an opportunity for an ambitious Field Care Manager to join our established teams working in Fylde and Wyre.
The successful applicant will be responsible for the ongoing management and coordination of our domiciliary care teams ensuring service user outcomes are met whilst maintaining compliance of care standards. You will also be accountable for meeting local authority Key Performance Indicators and for achieving weekly hourly targets. Most of your working week will be spent in the field, however you will spend time in the office to complete necessary administration duties and attend meetings.

You will be required to provide day-to-day support to the operational network, assisting with the assessment, set up and review of care packages, you will also work with our HR and recruitment manager to ensure that a skilled workforce is in place to provide a safe high quality and reliable service. 
As the Field Support Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Principal responsibilities

·         Support supervisors to manage their care teams through appraisals

·         supervisions and day to day leadership.

·         To be on-call in case of emergency every third week 

·         Maintain close liaison with Care Manager, HR Manager and Care Coordinator

·         Ensure Service user records are accurate and maintained:

o   Care Plans

o   Care reviews 

o   Risk Assessments

o   Medication records

o   Ensure compliance with CQC and quality of care provided

o   Matching and rostering care staff to clients

o   Assessment of new clients, arranging packages of care

·         Personal Attributes

o   Caring and empathetic

o   Flexible

o   Enthusiastic and self-motivated, reliable

o   Ability to organise own work and time

o   Excellent communication and motivational skills

o   IT literate / MS Office and care rostering

o   Team Player

o   Previous Experience


·         Service user assessment and review

·         Leadership position in the domiciliary care sector

·         Staff supervision and appraisal

·         Training

·         Other Requirements

·         Must have a full driving licence and own vehicle
You must possess a minimum of NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social and willing to work towards QCF Level 5 in Leadership in Health and Social Care

Salary circa 18,000 - £20,000 p.a. depending on experience
