Specialist care and support to designed to assist people with more complex needs, this could be ongoing, a short term intervention or care and support provided at varying levels of intensity.

We understand long-term conditions and experiencing episodes of incapacity often leads to suffering and a loss of independence. Reablement

Reablement staff work collaboratively with physiotherapist, occupational therapists and other professions. We oversee and encourage you to safely complete exercise regimes and to safely use mobility aids and equipment on your pathway to recovery. Working together we demonstrate new ways of doing things through different approaches to overcome everyday difficulties. We can reskill you in many things you thought no longer possible leading to increased mobility, dexterity, and above all increasing your confidence and wellbeing.

Learning Disabilities & Support

We have a long established and excellent reputation of providing care and support to people with learning difficulties, and more complex needs. Individual team members are fully trained and experienced, above all they are compassionate caring and understand how best to support this group of very special people to achieve maxim enjoyment and fulfilment in their lives.

Dementia Care & Support

Dementia is not a single illness, but a group of symptoms caused by damage to the brain. Even those expecting a diagnosis of dementia, regardless of their symptoms, find themselves feeling shocked and helpless.

Palliative Care

End of life care often referred to as palliative care can be a daunting and uncomfortable experience. Our dedicated care teams support people during this difficult time, we provide compassionate and practical helping to relieve stress of the mundane and practical things that need to be done, allowing loved ones to focus on the more important things they need to do.
Working with other professionals in a variety of ways we assist with medication, eating and drinking and keeping the person clean and comfortable. Our compassionate care managers put together a plan of how we work with you, your family, and NHS Clinical Commissioning Groups to maximise the dignity and respect you deserve.

Respite Services

If you are worried about who is going to care for you when your usual carer or family go away for a well-earned break, maybe a weekend of a few weeks, or you urgently need some short term care due to sickness or a family emergency, we’re just a phone call away from providing one-to-one care through our trained and skilled care teams. We’re happy to provide short term care whenever you need, we will even keep you in touch with your family whilst they’re away.

In addition to working for privately funded clients our specialist services are also commissioned by local authorities and NHS trusts.
