Support Worker – Supported Living (Fleetwood)

About the Role

As a Support Worker in our Fleetwood Supported Living service, you’ll play a vital role in helping adults with disabilities lead fulfilling, independent lives. You’ll work closely with individuals, families, and professionals to provide tailored support that reflects each person’s goals and preferences.

What You’ll Do

• Daily Living Support: Assist with personal care, meal preparation, and medication
• Independence & Inclusion: Help individuals build life skills and take part in community activities
• Teamwork & Communication: Collaborate on care plans and report changes in health or wellbeing
• Safeguarding & Safety: Maintain a safe, respectful, and empowering environment

What You’ll Bring

• Empathy, patience, and a calm approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility and a willingness to learn
• Previous experience is welcome but not essential — full training is provided
