Mr A had recently suffered a stroke and relied heavily on his wife for daytoday support. When she broke her arm, she was suddenly unable to provide the level of care he needed. She was also losing all personal time for herself, leaving her exhausted and isolated.

Mrs T was living with age-related health difficulties and required daily support. Her existing care provider ceased operations in the area without notice, leaving her daughter urgently seeking a reliable home care service.

Mr G had a small care package of only three visits per week. He was visually impaired, often forgetting to take medication, and struggling with personal care.
