“I just wanted to write to you regarding an amazing outcome that one of your staff had in Carnforth. The carer found the husband of a Service User extremely unwell, he was sleepy with a fever, she tried to make him as comfortable as possible and remembered reading your email regarding sepsis, his symptoms sounded vey similar, so she immediately phoned an ambulance. Your carer remained professional until the emergency services arrived. He was taken to Intensive Care Unit where he is getting treatment to treat the infection and sepsis.”
